The Project

The use of self-managing Scrum teams plays a very crucial role in the complex development of Client A’s products. Together with their in-house Product Owners, Mitrais’ cross-functional teams (with expertise as technical leads, UX designers and software developers), help maximise the business value of each release, delivering stable and usable solutions.

The Project

Due to an increase in the volume of requirements to be developed, Client B decided to build a team of up to 13 engineers to work on the latest version of their systems. Using a highly qualified Proxy Product Owner from Mitrais, the main Product Owner (PO) can delegate the detailed requirements analysis and testing. This freed up the POs limited time, allowing them to continue developing the product vision. The Agile processes included practices such as iteration review and iteration planning, sometimes multiple times per iteration. Together with the Mitrais Agile Coaches, they have continuously improved their agile process to ensure just-in-time delivery of critical business applications.

The Project

Using a certified Scrum Master from Mitrais, Client C runs 2-week Sprints involving multiple Scrum Teams. The Squad/Tribe model has been adopted, allowing development to scale quickly to meet peak demand.

The Project

Client D have 7 teams with 2-4 Mitrais software engineers in each team. The teams use a Kanban based development process to organize the current throughput of incoming work and to ensure progress is as transparent as possible. By using simple agile practices like Daily Standups and Iteration Planning, Client D can quickly adapt to rapidly changing business requirements.
