Mitrais Staff and the Mitrais Competency System
Best-in-class Human Capital ManagementFor more than 19 years Mitrais has been committed to the development of the proprietary Mitrais Competency Management System (M-CMS). It enables us to define and manage 443 technical competencies and 77 job family competencies, driving competitiveness and certainty of outcomes for our clients. M-CMS is linked to a learning management system using Moodle with 283 learning offerings. Mitrais also has a stringent recruitment process – with a hiring rate of 5.6% (2018).
Integrated Engagement ModelThe Mitrais engagement model has 3 successive steps: estimate with accuracy, engage with flexibility, close & learn. Estimation is backed up by M-CMS system auto-generated inputs. Timesheet and project management uses Microsoft Project Server and is integrated with our own SONIC system. Depending on the client's requirement, Mitrais uses either Waterfall (RUP – Rational Unified Process) or Agile (SCRUM development cycle). Estimation and modelling for software development is supported by Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect.
