This is a great opportunity for us to share our stories. Instead of talking about finding bugs and testing websites, this time we’re going to talk about the experience of being recruited by Mitrais.
Vincencia Tika, a new family member at our Bali Office, gives us a real-life insight on what goes on behind the scenes during the interview process. Tika is originally from Yogyakarta, and she made a bold 700km move to Mitrais’ Headquarters in Bali. Ever heard of "The right person in the right place at the right time"? It's a glimpse of Tika's story.
As she had already heard that Mitrais is a company with strong credibility and a good working environment, she was excited when the opportunity for her to secure her dream job that also matched her skill set came along.
Tika successfully passed our selection process which includes tests and interviews for both soft and hard skills, and we are delighted to have her on board and working together as part of the team. Tika appreciated the clear instruction and information given, fast-paced process and the helpful information that the HR team provided. “Professional is the word to describe the Mitrais Recruitment Process” she says.
Tika found the interview a pleasant process, also felt warmly welcomed due to the friendly environment at Mitrais. “If I had to rate it on a scale from 1-10, I’d give it a 9”. The one thing that could boost it up to a 10 would be if the selection process could be made even was shorter. Indonesia’s major holiday (Idul Fitri) certainly affected the selection process time.
We are proud to say that Mitrais provides a relocation package for successful candidates who don’t live in Bali. As Tika was in Yogyakarta at the time, we arranged her flight tickets to Bali, provided temporary accommodation and an allowance to help her move her belongings.
