Celebrating Ahead: Blood Donation Drive
As we celebrated this anniversary, we reflected on the strength of collaboration and community that has brought us this far. Thus, even before the anniversary party began, we had already started celebrating weeks earlier by giving back through a Blood Drive Campaign that collected almost a hundred bags of blood for the Indonesian Red Cross.
Themed Anniversary Party
The celebration continued with a themed party at our four offices in Indonesia. The energetic theme, Pekan Olahraga Mitrais—Mitrais Sports Week, was a joyful tribute to the values we live by every day: collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth.
The offices came alive with colours, motions, and camaraderie as staff arrived in a spectacular range of sporty costumes: surfboards under arms, running shoes laced, Karate belts tied, skateboards in hand, tennis gear gripped, and boxing gloves ready. This vibrant display wasn’t just about having fun; it was a reflection of Mitrais’ dynamic culture that celebrates energetic diversity, innovation, and the power of teamwork.
Gratitude in a Festive Atmosphere
As a symbolic gesture of gratitude, the executives began the festivities by leading the tumpeng-cutting ceremony. Tumpeng is a cone-shaped yellow rice dish that symbolises gratefulness, abundance, harmony and blessings, an honoured tradition in Indonesia. Hence, the act of cutting the top of the tumpeng expressed deep appreciation for our achievements and hopes for the future.
Of course, a party is not a party without electrifying music, playful dance, great food, thrilling games and a lucky draw. In their favourite sports uniforms, the employees hit the dance floor to join an energetic line dance. Amusing party hosts turn up the good vibes during individual and friendly group games. Teams’ competitiveness often burst into laughter as they tried to win the games. To top it all off, a mini-fashion show competition invited everyone to showcase their chosen sport. Laughter and cheers filled the space, making it a memorable time for all.
One of our senior testers, Putu Ivan Adiguna, shared his experience attending the office party: “It was a blast with lots of refreshments, and I went home with a mini tumpeng, definitely a highlight. I was also so lucky to get so many prizes effortlessly. Hopefully, the next event will be even more exciting, and Mitrais will continue to be successful.”
