Celebrating with Purpose
An anniversary can be more than a celebration. For its 35th anniversary, Mitrais rallied everyone together through initiatives that blended health, community, connection, and collaboration at the heart of the occasion.
The essence of “Growing Together” in this celebration is expressed in many ways: giving back through a blood drive, promoting wellness initiatives, connecting through the anniversary party, and advancing innovation and collaboration.
One Drop, A Lifetime of Hope Vol. II
Continuing the legacy of its earlier initiative, Mitrais blood drive – One Drop, A Lifetime of Hope Vol. II returned as part of the anniversary celebration. Bringing together Mitrais People, alums, and families in collaboration with Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI – Indonesia Red Cross), the initiative reinforced Mitrais’ commitment to contributing to the wider community. The blood drive received an enthusiastic response from the Mitrais community. Following the health screening, 63 successful donations were collected.
By donating blood, participants turned a selfless act into an opportunity to support those who may need it most. One donation may seem small, but collectively, they carry meaningful hope for someone whose life is at stake. Through this initiative, Mitrais wants to emphasise that giving back doesn’t always have to come in grand gestures; even the smallest, genuine gift can have ripple effects.
Taking Care of Our Own Health
Growing together also means caring for the people who make the milestone possible. Mitrais brought this idea to life through a series of health and well-being initiatives designed to encourage its people to pause, check in, and recharge.
Featuring Pramita Lab Yogyakarta, staff had access to a Mini Medical Check-Up, allowing them to pay closer attention to their health. An Eye Check-Up with RS Mata Bali Mandara encouraged participants to care for an aspect of well-being that can easily go unnoticed amid busy routines.
Wellness also took a lighter turn with Earth Love Life from Paragon Group, which offered free office massage sessions. The effort gave Mitrais People a chance to rest, relax, and enjoy some well-deserved pampering.
From checking our health to simply taking a moment to breathe and recharge, these small yet impactful acts of care remind us that to thrive, growth should be balanced with well-being.
When Four Cities Came Together in One Celebration
With space made to care for insiders and others, it was time to come together and celebrate the legacy that brought everyone here.
On 10 September 2026, Mitrais People from Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, and Yogyakarta came together at Mitrais’ 35th anniversary party at the respective offices. The cake-cutting ceremony marked a symbolic moment in the company’s journey. Yet the milestone belonged to everyone who contributed—past and present employees, clients, partners, alums, families, and communities.
One of the main highlights was the Innovathon 8 Battle, where four finalist teams brought their ideas, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to the stage. While the anniversary cake represented everything Mitrais has built over 35 years, Innovathon embodied ideas and possibilities that could shape the years ahead.
Congratulations to the Document Intelligence Engine team for winning 1st Place with a breakthrough digitalisation solution that makes document and metadata analysis a breeze. Orion team claimed 2nd Place with their AI-powered revenue engine, designed to uncover market opportunities and help teams craft B2B proposals. AFW Recensio and HexaCore jointly secured 3rd Place, showcasing an automated internal audit lifecycle and a dynamic talent-mapping for resource-optimisation engine, respectively.
What’s a celebration without saving some room for fun? Games such as Pencil Drop and Blind Line Challenge brought laughter, connection, and friendly competition into the day. Growing together does not have to be all about work, goals, or achievements. Sometimes, it is simply about being together in camaraderie and having fun.
