With the theme of Harmonizing Innovation, inspired by Japan—home to Mitrais’ holding company— teams embraced both tradition with technology. This cultural backdrop added a unique perspective to the table, reflecting collaborative, forward-thinking culture at Mitrais. Our Bandung office, decorated with cherry blossoms and Sashimono flags, hosted a lively grand finale where participants from all Mitrais locations, along with colleagues from international locations like Tokyo and Australia, joined in the celebration.
Innovathon 7 also brought teams together for friendly challenges and a vibrant Japanese-theme costume parade featuring traditional kimonos and modern pop culture twists. These moments strengthened team bonds, highlighting that at the heart of every innovation, there’s teamwork.

The first-place winner, AIssess, created by Faris Adam Gunawan, Dina Nandika, James Tirto Tjokro, Samantha Teonata, and Rio Adianom Kusumo Margonoto, provides developers and testers with AI-driven assessments that deliver targeted feedback on code logic and style.
- trAiveller
trAiveller, which secured second place, is a platform for business travel management, bringing together trip organisation, booking, and itinerary tracking in one seamless experience. This innovative tool was developed by Farian Hadi Saputra, Saiful Setiawan, and Arda Hakim Megananda.
- FINE
Claiming third place, FINE, developed by Achmad Naufal Syafiq, Rizky Yoga Oktora, and Achmad Yusuf Ramadhan, transforms financial auditing with AI-driven automation, detecting anomalies and flagging potential fraud in real-time.
- MOTION
In fourth place, MOTION, created by Rani Suryaningsih, Firman Maulana, Santo Haryono Weli, and Dinan Rangga Maulana, promotes work-life balance by encouraging physical activity. Through gamification and AI-powered incentives, it makes fitness both engaging and rewarding.
- AInterview
Developed by Rizky Yoga Oktora and Achmad Yusuf Ramadhan, this AI-driven tool offers mock interviews and coaching to build users’ confidence and refine their interview skills.
- PreparAItion
Created by Irfan Bawa Suteja, Langit Da Silva Putra, and Apriliana Nur Rahmawati, PreparAItion provides realistic mock interviews and personalised feedback, ensuring users are well-prepared for their next opportunity.
