A graduate of Indonesia’s Bandung Institute of Technology, majoring in Informatics, Kompiang has accumulated over 20 years of solid experience in the software development business of which 15 years were spent in a managerial role with Mitrais. He manages more than 600 young and talented software engineers through 15 senior managers and engagement managers.

Experienced in several areas of IT business, specifically in ERP. She Kun has held various positions covering a multitude of areas like software development, managed service, ERP implementation, account management and business development.

Wiwie started her career with Mitrais in 2000 and has since worked tirelessly up the ranks to President Director. She has a degree in business administration and a diploma in public relations with 15 years experience prior to joining Mitrais.

Jeff has over 30 years experience in software development, specialist consulting and project management; including 15 years in sales and account management to tier 1 clients in the Mining, Defence, Aerospace & Utilities sectors. Jeff is responsible for Business Development across the ANZ region.

Made has various projects and account management backgrounds. He holds a master’s degree in information system from Northeastern University of Boston and joined Mitrais in 2009.

Charles joined Mitrais in 2000 and, as a senior manager, is responsible for the management of Mitrais clients’ projects. He has a degree in electrical engineering and is experienced in software development, support and project management.

Chandra joined Mitrais in 2011 as project manager and is now a senior manager for Mitrais’ international clients. Chandra is a graduate of University of Nebraska-Lincoln USA, majoring in information technology with international business emphasis.

Argo joined Mitrais in 2022, as a senior manager. He manages various projects for Indonesia and international clients. He has a degree in computer engineering and has experience as a software engineer and project manager.

Hartoyo joined Mitrais as Network Administrator in 2003 and is now the senior manager responsible for IT Infrastructure at Mitrais. He is a graduate of University of Arizona – USA with major in Management Information System.

Endah’s (Pipit in short) responsibilities as the Corporate Legal Counsel is to manage legal and corporate related affairs including commercial contracts and business license management of the company. Pipit has a law degree from Universitas Udayana and a diploma degree in accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Andri graduated from the Economics Faculty of the University of Indonesia. He has more than 25 years of experience in building and leading the finance and accounting team in companies with various operating scale. He oversees the finance, accounting, and tax function at Mitrais by providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team.

Ida is a Senior Manager of Exploration & Mine Planning Solutions whose primary roles and responsibilities are looking after our mining software product.

Abu was an IT consultant and Project Manager for Indonesian state owned companies as well as an IT lecturer prior to joining Mitrais. Got an MIT degree from Gold Coast’s Bond Uni, he is also a seasoned trainer in the management area.

Alfred joined Mitrais in 2009. He manages various projects for international clients. A graduate from California State University of Fullerton, Alfred did a major in Information System and a minor in Computer Science.
