The Project
By engaging a Mitrais designer on this project, the client application has an improved look and feel and a better user experience. The design aligned both web and mobile applications, to ensure a consistent client identity across all systems.

The Project
Working as an integral part of the project Scrum Team, our designer ensured UI and UX design provided a superior user experience on various internal systems. The systems included:
- appointment booking
- health meter
- maintenance of master data

The Project
Our designer worked with the client to replace an error-prone manual paper-based system with a user friendly User Interface for various internal systems, on web, Android and iOS platforms. The major internal tools are:
- Customer Order Entry and Processing.
The new Customer Order Entry and Processing systems improve warehouse data integrity and more accurately manages sales commission, as the data is directly sent to the customer’s central ERP system. - Maintenance.
The Maintenance system helps the client to track its products and immediately notify its customers once the product reaches the final stages of production. - Manufacturing.
Manufacturing efficiency was improved by developing a simple to use workflow process to manage raw material data from receipt through to the finished product stage.
