The Project

EA was used by this major mining client for both design and requirements management to develop a web application to review contractor performance. Every department can review the contractor’s work and record a score, and a contract manager can give the final score and approve/reject the review results. The outcome of the review is used in deciding whether to extend the contract with the contractor.​​

The Project

This globally recognised food company used EA for both Design and Requirements Management. The team developed a web based application to allow managers and team leads to submit incentive requests for themselves and/or their subordinates based on their performance.

The Project

By clearly defining the requirements in EA, the team was able to rapidly develop an iOS/iPad mobile application for managing project planning. The application uses an interactive DHMTLX Gantt Chart component to add, delete and update project planning details with mobile gestures.
