COMPETENCIES
In order to improve their performance, organizations must focus on three interrelated components: PEOPLE, PROCESS and TECHNOLOGY.
The CMMI (Capability Maturity Model® Integrated) is the framework Mitrais has selected for software process improvement. It is used to guide process improvement across a project as well as the entire Software Development division. CMMI helps integrate traditionally separate organizational functions, set process improvement goals and priorities, and provide guidance for quality processes.
As part of our Quality Process, we recruit Indonesia's finest IT industry professional, and then support them with tailored personal development plans backed by competency reviews every six months. All Mitrais Software Engineers are university graduates with accredited English abilities and proficiency in a range of programming languages, operating systems, databases and network environments, including:
.NET/.NET CF

Mitrais Software Engineers are skilled not only in IT applications but ensuring these meld with the environment they will be used in. Every Software Engineer has an individual development plan where they decided in which area to grow their technical skills and abilities. In addition to these 'local competencies', Mitrais has internally adopted two globally accepted international standards,
IEEE SWEBOK (Software Engineering Body of Knowledge) and
PMI PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). Mitrais supports the plan by identifying relevant training and tests as well as certifications. We also, perform regular training on client practices. Knowledge sharing is actively promoted through regular Knowledge Sharing Workshop (KSW).
