MITRAIS WINS BACK OFFICE CONTENT PROCESSING OUTSOURCE
26 September 2006

Off shore technology company Mitrais has formed a partnership with Oniqua Pty Ltd., a Brisbane based specialist in Enterprise Analytics, and Content Improvement.

Announcing the move today, Mitrais CEO David Magson said his Bali based group would build a back office Content processing team for Oniqua to handle aspects of its inventory management, data cleansing and spare parts cataloguing services.

He said that with the continuing global resources boom there is a growing demand for the outsourcing of content processing which is being further driven by the ongoing shortage of skilled staff in Australia. “Mitrais will provide the skilled manpower resources and deploy them in Bali at a greatly reduced staffing cost to Oniqua,” he said.

Welcoming the new arrangements, Oniqua Executive Vice President of Solutions Delivery, Andy Hill said that the move to offshore these functions will enable Oniqua to move up the value chain by leveraging its core skills in enterprise analytics and content management while outsourcing the more routine processing to Mitrais in Bali.

Hill said Oniqua has recognized an enormous demand amongst its customers for high quality and cost competitive services to assist them in cleansing and standardizing their ERP data.

“We selected Mitrais for this outsourcing job due to their near shore location and cultural fit, as well as their demonstrated commitment to building long term relationships with clients,” he said.
