Mitrais, the leading Indonesian software developer has become an Oracle Certified Partner in recognition of its demonstrated ability to support Oracle products. Simultaneously, Mitrais has also been recognized as an Oracle ISV or Independent Software Vendor.

Announcing the certification, Dr Maria Lantu, Mitrais' Vice President of Software Development says her company has been working with Oracle database products for over 15 years mainly in the installation and support of ERP systems for clients throughout Indonesia.

Oracle Indonesia Managing Director, Adi Rusli says, "It is gratifying that Mitrais, one of Indonesia's leading software developers, is now offering health industry solutions that leverage Oracle's technology platforms. Mitrais' Research and Development division based in Bali has created two hospital information systems. The first, mI-Health is a low cost system designed especially to meet the particular needs of the Indonesian hospital market while the K-MS system is intended for hospitals and medical facilities in industrial environments world wide.

Dr Lantu said Mitrais has sold its K-MS hospital information system to three major mining companies in South Africa and Indonesia while in Jakarta, the mI-Health information system is currently being installed in the new Cardiology Centre of RS Puri Cinere.

Established in 1991, Mitrais specialises in software development, mining solutions, medical information systems, e-commerce and IT consulting for the Indonesian and International markets. It employs around 200 staff in Jakarta, Bali and Singapore.
