Our range of off-site and on-site services includes "Minescape" training, "Operational" training such as "long term" and "short term" planning, geological exploration, survey, drill programs, geological modelling, equipment selection ,project feasibility, due diligence, mine design, mine planning, validation and reconciliation work.
Training Services
Mincom Minescape - Mitrais are the sole agent for Mincom Minescape in Indonesia and are certified to provide Minescape training for the following modules:

Long Term Planning Training - This course will enable Mining Engineers to develop a long term mine plan including determined mining strategy, mining sequences, production scheduling for an annual period based on the quantity (coal and waste) and quality target.
Short Term Planning Training - This course will enable Mining Engineers to control all short term mining activities and to ensure that it aligns with the overall long term plan.Participants will be able to create a monthly plan, further broken down into a daily plan, so that they can make an evaluation between actual mining operations and the mine plan.
Geological & Survey Services
Data Entry and Validation - Data entry and validation is required to build a good geological model. Mitrais can input drill hole data and validate results to check for obvious errors of seam correlation and collar elevation before proceeding with geological model.
Geological Modelling - Correlating drill hole data with structural and topography information to produce comprehensive geological model. Mitrais uses the Minescape-Stratmodel application to produce a geological model.
Resource Calculation - Using the above inputs, Mitrais will calculate and provide an accurate resource figure classified using international standard.
Mine Planning Services
Economic Analysis & Reserve Calculation - Mitrais will provide expertise in first conducting an economic analysis then determine a mineable reserve based on strip ratio target.
Fleet Setup - Mitrais will provide expertise in fleet setup by defining equipment capacity based on coal and OB target information, estimate cycle time, fleet setup base on equipment capacity, production targets, fleet match, utility, availability and work efficiency, defining support equipment for dumping area, loading area and roads maintenance.
Mine Planning - Mitrais provides mine planning, both long and short term, and scheduling in open cut coal deposit by determine mining strategy and mining sequences and production scheduling in annual period based on the quantity (coal and waste) and quality target. Mitrais can also help customers with mine planning and scheduling implementation.
Short Term - Mitrais can provide professional Mine Planning and Geology services to fill short term requirements during periods of annual leave or gaps left in the organisation due to either termination or resignation of personnel.
Long Term - Mitrais can provide professional Mine Planning and Geology services to work within our customers Mine Technical Services department under a superintendent, or alternatively fulfil the leadership role inclusive of all technical resources. This is an attractive option for clients considering that there is a large investment to train and retain staff or to ensure you have consistent leadership, when the recent mining trend has seen a highly mobile and transient work force.
