Mitrais will launch its first Consultant Induction Program on August, 4th 2008. The new consultants from Mining Solutions, Mining Technical and Medical System division based in Jakarta or Bali will join this program in our headquarter in Bali. The program is intended to prepare new consultants for pursuing their career as professional consultants and provides them with the basic skills in consulting services.

The induction course comprises of general induction on company competency (Mitrais introduction, internal systems, remuneration policy and procedures, presentation skills, problem solving skills and professional work ethics), the job family competency (design solution, application consulting, project management overview and business process modelling) and the specific subject on software product for each division. The Mining Solutions' consultant will learn more about Ellipse (general overview of all modules), Mining Technical consultant will learn the MineScape, while Medical Consultant will be introduced to the Ksatria Medical System (K-MS).

The next intake is scheduled for November, 3rd 2008. The Recruitment will be conducted either in our Bali office or Jakarta office.
