and will be reviewed by our management and classified as Short List, Pipe-line,
or Reject. Unfortunately, we have so many applicants that we cannot guarantee
notifying all whom we reject - we hope to improve on this in the future. Short
listed applicants are given a telephone interview; secondly a face to face
interview, thirdly a job offer (subject to medical and English language
testing). Pipelined applicants are kept on file for future opportunities.

“Having a chance to work
in Mitrais is a great experience for me, since I have a lot of opportunities to
work with professional colleagues. Mitrais Management gives suitable challenge
to grow our talent and skills in area where we have an interest, e.g. software
development, project management etc.
The working environment is focused
and serious but we also have our break time where we could gather together with
other colleagues and managers at happy hour every Friday. Some friends of mine
gave their comments regarding my work in Bali as “You are very fortunate to be
working in Bali, since you got holiday every day”, which is quite true. If you
want to have a break, you could visit Ubud, Kuta or having dinner at Jimbaran
beach which is famous for its seafood.
Having a family like me, having a
chance to live in Bali means a lot for us since we still have a lot of time to
spend together without having to spend a lot of time for traffic congestion.
Moreover, we also could grow our son in environment where he has a lot of
friends and friendly neighborhood. ”
